Guild Plotline: The Calling - A Fel Encounter
Region: Ashenvale

With the visions the Wardens had been bestowed intensifying Drázill Silverleaf pushed further into the wilds of Ashenvale, believing this land to be the one in his own vision he had succumbed to weeks before. He was deeply worried, for if that which he saw was true then surely his peoples' realms were in great danger. He foresaw a great maw, so great as to reach to the heavens and cover the landscape. This maw he witnessed devouring land and drinking sea, spurting fire far and wide and causing great tidal waves to crash and rock the landscape.Steam rising into the air in great billowing clouds where fire met water. He had recognised the land. It was his homeland. Or at least what he had come to call his homeland. The forests of Darkshore and Ashenvale. He had grown up here and he would rather die than see them destroyed by whatever foul thing was to come.

This is why he now found himself upon the Eastern road from Astranaar, the largest settlement in the region of Ashenvale. He had not spent two days travelling from Teldrassil and already he had seen signs of increased horde activity. He had thought as much. His vision, although displaying a physical maw as the threat, was not without a hint of trickery. For these visions usually came in the form of riddles. Images portraying a representation of what was to happen. Some of them false truths. Darnassian whispers if you will. Whatever their meaning, it did not bode well. The Orcs were on the move, having heard this from some of the local hunters that he had questioned in Astranaar. Could these Orcs be the physical representation of the maw? Could the horde in general? Perhaps the Fel plague from the North? So many possible explanations and so little time, or was there? The uncertainty of what lay ahead was enough to drive any Kaldorei mad with confusion and doubt but Drázill persevered. He made note to himself that he would consult his Thero upon his return and if the need grew dire he would perhaps go as far as to seek help in this task from those he called allies. But for now he made his way towards the Raynewood Retreat, he would consult the druids of Ashenvale and seek their guidance. Perhaps it would be enough.

Not moments after his thoughts on this had dissipated Drázill could hear a faint rustling in the trees on his right. His saber bent low, continuing to prowl up the path. Its stance having altered, close to the ground now, ready to pounce on whatever unfortunate being lay hidden within the shadows of the treeline. Drazill patted his sabers side as he leant closer to its back, a low growl emminating from within its chest and reverberating into his. What creature could possibly have reason for wandering this close to Kaldorei society, an Orc scout perhaps? The Warsong Lumber Camp lay but a days ride away from his current location, had they grown so bold? It could perhaps be but a creature of the woodland, a squirrel or a passing bear but something about the areas aura had changed and both Drázill and his mount could feel it. A sort of heaviness had fallen upon the road. A dark and dank feeling that drained the strength from Drázills muscles and caused his bones to ache. He could feel it in his Saber also, the huge creatures breath becoming heavy and his muscles slack. Drázill struggled to fight the intense feelings of dread that began to overpower his mind, raising his staff before him he closed his eyes. Whispering into the night, he began to try and ward of whatever had befallen them only to find his words consumed by the darkness. Some foul force was at work indeed. A creature of the Fel? Surely not, The Satyr knew well not to come near the roads. The Sentinels had thought them that. None the less Drázill found a deep feeling of hate rise up within him. His arms began to shake as the staff slowly lowered back to his side, the final ounces of his strength leaving him as he fell to the ground hard, his saber following suit as he plummeted into unconsciousness. A hoof, the last sight to invade his vision before he was enveloped in darkness.

Guild Plotline: The Calling - Of Blood and Sand
Region: ???

Drázill felt water. Water and sand. Opening his eyes he saw a long stretch of beach before him. Wind blew his hair softly. Whispering secrets in his ears. The sweet smells of the forest filled his nostrils, bringing a smile to his face. He looked to his left. A dark tree-line. Branches swaying and leaves of a dark green falling to the foliage blanketed ground. He looked to his right. A vast, dark ocean. He thought to himself of what unimaginable things it held beneath its surface. What wonders. The sea ebbed and flowed as if breathing, its power rising and falling with it. Drázill looked down. He saw the sand of the beach between his toes. His feet slightly submerged within the soggy substance. Drázill closed his eyes.

Drázill opened his eyes. The sand felt different. Heat poured up his body. The sand shook all along the beach. Drázill felt the reverberations rising up within him. Something was wrong. Drázill looked to his right. The sea churned and bubbled. Dead sea-creatures Drázill both recognised and didn't rose from the depths. Bobbing upon the surface like apples in a bucket upon Hallow's End. The once dark ocean now glowed a sickly red. Its breathing stopped. Drázill felt a rush of heat on his cheek. Drázill looked to his left. The once dark tree-line with its dark green foliage now shone a mighty amber. Tree-frames standing like skeletons within the depths of the inferno. The flames rose high. Acrid smoke choking the sky. Wind blew his hair violently. Screaming horrible violations in his ears. The sweet smell of burning flesh filled his nostrils.

Drázill closed his eyes.
